Eric Storey is an industry leading Sales and operations strategist with over 25 years improving operations in various industries including Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare, and building strong sales and operations teams. He currently holds two roles: he is the Chief Executive Officer or Skeleton Optics Eyewear, an outdoor lifestyle brand, Italian eyewear provider who is a proud partner of world class vision experts Zeiss Sunlens; he is also the Chief Operating Officer of Anushka Concierge Medicine and Wellness, a medspa and medical office closely aligned to the iconic Anushka Spa Salon & Cosmeidcal Centre. Prior to these roles he was the Managing Director of the Operations Center of Expertise, Talent Development, at ChenMed. In this role he was responsible for coaching Four Regional Vice Presidents and 32 Primary Care Center Directors to achieve excellence in patient care and operations in the ChenMed Core Model. Prior to this he held the position of EVP, Partnerships and Alliances at a Silicon Valley start-up focused on disruptive technologies including robotics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Previously, he was the Head of Operations and Delivery for Americas for Business Process Services at Cognizant. In this role, he grew the North American workforce more than threefold from 2,000 to 7500+ in two years, and managed P&L in excess of $300M. Eric has served on Boards at The Veterans Outreach Center and several other board positions. Concurrently, Eric held several Vice President positions at Xerox – Consulting and Analytics Services, Business Process and Workflow Automation Solutions, Sales for Financial Services I from April 2009 to April 2015. Eric held Strategy Consulting roles at leading consultancies such as Deloitte and Accenture. Eric is a retired US Army officer, where he spent 8 years as a special operator including tours with 82nd Airborne, 1st Ranger Batt, and Combat Applications Group. Following that, the Army sent Eric to law school and he served several additional years on active duty and in the Reserves, including command of a Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne.) Eric Received his BS in Finance from Washington and Lee University, his JD from the University of Florida, and his MBA from The University of Pittsburgh. He holds two additional Master’s degrees in fields of Military operations from the US Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC), and an LLM in Military Law from the Judge Advocate General’s School. Eric is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania. He is married to Janice Worth. The Storey-Worth family includes 5 adult children including 3 daughters and 2 sons. 2 daughters are still in college, 1 son has just graduated from university and the other son is a US Army Apache helicopter pilot. They have two grandchildren. Eric and jan are passionate about Kingdom Generosity and serve as co chairs of the NCFSF Palm Beach board of advisors. Eric also serves as the Chair of the advisory board of Xcel Mentoring Network and is a member of the board of advisors of Christian Business Association.
